DELIVERY

Delivery 

You can now have your favourite Nu Era Spirits delivered to your doorstep across the UK. Delivery times are slightly extended due to the Coronavirus pandemic and your purchase should arrive within three to four working days. 

Orders will be left on your doorstep, adhering strictly to social distancing guidelines. We ask you to stay at least 2 metres away from the delivery driver. 

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.49 (2-4 days)
• Express Delivery: £5.99 (1-3 days)

We are not currently set-up to ship internationally. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should email or ring us first. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable posting service or purchasing posting insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
