This cocktail is not for the faint hearted and designed to be a hangout drink. Inspired my brother Houdesh, this is not gonna help you with your upcoming hangover, sorry.
Go Get:
- 60ml of your finest NU ERA SPIRITS Spice as Nice Rum
- 30ml of your dashing NU ERA SPIRITS Mango + Passionfruit Gin
- 30ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 120ml ginger ale
- An orange slice to garnish and sprig of mint to garnish
Make it right:
- Pour the rum, gin, lime and bitters into a cocktail mixing glass
- Add some ice and stir with a spoon until chilled
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with ginger ale
- Garnish with orange slice to garnish and sprig of mint
