HELPS PREVENT DEMENTIA! If you’re drinking to forget, then don’t hit whisky. A study published in 2010 by the US National Institutes for Health recommended that adults who consumed “one to six portions a week” of whisky were 50% less likely to suffer dementia as non-drinkers and heavy drinkers.
Hmmm, not sure about this one. I mean if you have been on a night out before and consumed more than your fair share of whisky, you can’t remember the night before! All we can say is please drink in moderation.
